Quick and Easy Recipe

Supplies Needed:
Red Velvet Cake Mix/Box
Cream Cheese Frosting
Marshmallow Creme (optional)
White Chocolate

Begin by making a red velvet cake, as instructed on the box.



Once it has completely cooled, break it up in a large bowl


Next add the frosting & marshmallow creme.
*You can add as much as you'd like, but I typically will add half of each container.


Using your (clean) hands, work the mixtures into the cake mix, and then roll them into little balls


Place them in the refrigerator for a few hours, or the freezer.


Once they have hardened a bit, it's time to melt your chocolate. 
There are many ways to do this, so follow the directions on the chocolate that you have purchased.


Lastly, just dip the balls into the freshly melted chocolate and place them on wax paper or foil to harden and settle. This is the time to add frosting or sprinkles before the chocolate hardens
