Delicious and Healthy

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
1 can black beans
1 can corn kernels
1/2 red onion
cherry tomatoes
Jalapenos
Lime

Simple way to eat clean

This can also be used as a great chip-dip, but if you are trying to lose weight just eat it as is (you won't be disappointed)

Begin by draining the corn, and place it on a baking sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

While the corn is in the oven, begin prepping the rest

Drain and rinse the black beans

Dice up the avocados, jalapenos, tomatoes and half onion

Let the corn cool off, then combine all ingredients on a large bowl and salt to taste. Squeeze fresh lime juice over and continue to stir. Let cool in the fridge for at least one hour

ENJOY :)

How to upcycle an old fan

Supplies needed:
Acrylic Paint (one color for each panel, optional middle color)
Paint Brush
Fan

It's just as easy as it looks!

Remove the front cage and wash the fan

**MAKE SURE FAN IS UNPLUGGED**

Paint each panel, two coats for lighter colors

The best part is that to dry it you just turn it on :) Different speeds create different effects

Great for kids rooms, experiment with different colors...you can always paint over it

Supplies Needed:
Muffin Pan
Bacon
Eggs
Black Beans
Spinach
Sriracha (optional)
Tomatoes
Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375, and lightly grease your muffin pan

Next, take out a slice of bacon and cut around 2 inches off the end and place at the bottom of the cup, wrap the remainder of the slice around the edge like above
*I like crispy bacon, so I avoided the middle cups

Place the pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes to get the bacon going

Now open your beans, and rinse them thoroughly

Take the pan out of the oven, and then take a small spoon full of beans,
and drop them in the bottom of each cup. Top with sriracha

Now place some spinach leaves on top of the beans

And finally the eggs! I find it easiest to crack open the egg into a measuring cup, and take a large spoon to scoop the egg into each bacon cup

Now you are going to cook for an addition 15-20 minutes like this, until the bacon is crispy to your liking. Take it out and let it sit for about 5 minutes, and during this time you can add your sea salt and sprinkle cheese on top

I serve mine with diced cherry tomatoes on the side

Perfect for breakfast, lunch OR dinner!
