A simple, healthy and delicious summer treat



Ingredients:
Cucumber
Lemon
Annie's Raspberry Vinaigrette

Just chop up the cucumber, and squeeze the lemon juice over the cucumber slices
*I do half a lemon for each cucumber I cut up

Top it off with this AMAZING dressing, about two tablespoons, 
which is roughly 40 calories only.
