DIY CANDY CRUSH COSTUME
This costume was awesome because it was interactive! Since the candy was applied on a magnetic board, others could "play candy crush" on the board by simply sliding the pieces :)
Supplies Needed:
Magnetic Board
Quick Dry Clay
Paint
Magnetic Roll
Paper/Holder for Dialogue
Superglue
Optional:
CC tshirt
CC socks/leg warmers
Lollipop
Sculpt the candy pieces out of clay and let them dry
over night
Cover the pieces with a coat of white paint and let dry
From there paint each piece as it is in the game, (lemons yellow, etc)
Next take your magnetic roll and cut off a piece that will fit on the bottom of your candy pieces. Peel off the back sticker and enforce a stronger hold by applying superglue! Let these dry overnight as well, before trying on the magnetic board
The night of the party, get together all of your greatest candy-wear and accessories!
