Some of my favorite meal replacement recipes so far. These are great for before and/or after workouts and helps with cravings

These two are my favorites because they taste like DESSERT when they are actually extremely healthy for you. Enjoy!

^ Like on facebook for daily tips, tricks and more

STRAWBERRY DREAM
-One Serving Strawberry Protein Powder
-Half of a Banana
-Half of an Avocado
-2 Cups Coconut Water
*Add ice as desired*


CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
-One Serving Choco/Peanut Butter Protein Powder
-One Spoonful of Peanut Butter
-One banana
-2 Cups Milk (Almond Vanilla, Coconut, Soy etc)
*Add ice cubes as desired*
