Eating clean is one of the best things you can do for your mind, body and soul. It can be a tough transition at first, but once you make it through those first two weeks it becomes so much easier! One of the hardest parts about eating clean is the fact that it takes longer to prepare. 

However, if you prep your meals ahead of time, it will make it much easier to stick to your plan. Here are a few of my favorite clean meals I have been eating lately:

You will notice that I repeat many core ingredients, such as:
Eggs
Avocados
Spinach
Veggies

These are power foods that are great sources of protein, energy and leave you feeling full for a longer period of time. Everyone's "staple" foods will vary, these are just some of my favorites lately

2 Kiwis (diced)
Goat Cheese
Lemon Juice

Sweet Pepper Omelette
*Prep/chop peppers ahead of time so breakfast is quick and easy


Tilapia
Cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
Avocado (diced)
